Mission Statement
We encourage responsive change and growth through collaboration. We strive to empower, educate and advocate for a diverse, open and equitable society, by creating a safe, comfortable, supportive environment for women and children.
That women’s and children’s safety is first and foremost. That all persons are equal while recognizing that women and children have historically been oppressed. That we have a commitment to action, both political and personal, toward creating change with and for women, as well as a commitment to identify violence against women and to recognize violence beyond sanctioned, dominant societal perceptions.
We offer a wide range of exciting career opportunities for talented individuals looking to join our team. We believe in fostering growth and development, and providing a dynamic and inclusive work environment. See below for current opportunities.
